About

A different way of caring for land.

The business rests on a simple idea: before changing land, understand how it works.

Runoff, erosion, drought stress, soil health, and wildfire vulnerability are connected. Willowflower Works starts by observing how water, soil, vegetation, and land use interact.

We help landowners make practical improvements that fit their property, priorities, budget, and pace.

Mollie Ryerse

Mollie is a Pacific Northwest native raised along the McKenzie River. A childhood spent fishing, finding frogs and salamanders, and exploring forests shaped her connection to water and land.

She is a Water Stories student and steward under Zach Weiss, progressing toward professional certification in water retention and land restoration.

Outside of work, Mollie gardens, tends chickens, practices yoga, spends time by rivers, and explores with her dog, Soka.

Brad Davis

Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Brad brings a mechanical engineering background, a builder's eye, and practical problem-solving to each property. His skills include construction, hardscape, and heavy equipment operation.

He built his own timber-frame home and improves his land through earthworks and permaculture practices.

Brad completed the Water Stories course alongside Mollie, learning the water-retention and restoration approach they bring to Willowflower Works.
